Big Rapids Free Methodist Church

Our pastor came to us from Grand Rapids, MI. He was serving there as a Local Ministerial Candidate at Lifestream Free Methodist Church. He served in a variety of ways while there, including Adult ministries of all ages; youth ministry; children’s ministry; and pulpit supply. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Cornerstone University in Philosophy/Worldview and has started a Master’s of Divinity program at Asbury Theological Seminary through their online Extended Learning program. He and his wife, Charity, were married in March of 2007. Pastor Scott and Charity have two boys, Micah and Jonah. Micah was born in August of 2011 and Jonah was born in May of 2013. They enjoy taking walks through the neighborhood and biking on trails. A funny bit of information is that Scott and Charity are themselves Pastor’s kids whose families knew each other long before the two had actually met.
