About Us
The history of Bethesda World Harvest International Church started in 1928, when Sister Elva was married to her first husband Fred Sheen. Together they traveled thirteen years to many states holding revivals. Elva Sheen would go into cities holding revivals and God would move. In her hometown of Williamsport, West Virginia Sister Elva Sheen would go visit the orphanages, jails, and senior citizens homes in several counties to tell them about Jesus Christ.

A unwelcome guestWent there for a funeral and it was the most unwelcomed I have ever felt one woman set was a very disrespectful tone and said she would stop it and kick us out

Vicki KessWent there as a kid and there were even Hispanic people. Wish you had included Sister Elva White and Pastor White’s son Billy White. Sister Elva White testified to Mussolini and gave him a Bible. I remember Brother Gaines! When living out of state, I came once and saw him there! Blessing and power of God is there.
