What are services like?
Our earnest desire is that everything that we do take place in conformity with what God has so clearly revealed in the Bible. In other words, we are working to be distinctly Bible-centered and radically Christ-focused in our living and our worship! We are a friendly church that is intentionally and passionately committed to growing in grace through the unchanging truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. What is the community like?
We definitely don’t get it right all the time, but we see more each day that we are deeply flawed and sinful people who have been fully forgiven through the mercy and free grace of God. We desire to put our faith into action, and to help others to treasure Christ, as we’re learning to do. We are committed to seeing more of who God is by consistently reorienting our lives around his revealed truth in the Bible. God is glorified in this, and we want that more than anything! Roughly half of our people live in the immediate community (which is about a mile out of the city limits), and the other half drive anywhere from 15-45 minutes to come to worship each week. What if I'm not a Christian?
We'd love to meet you! You're welcome to attend any service. Our pastor will be happy to help answer any questions you may have about Jesus, the Christian faith, and so forth. We are committed not only to teaching all of Scripture for all of life, we are also committed to helping people become fully-devoted followers of Jesus.
