What to Expect

What are services like?
ALUCC offers a 9:00 traditional worship service with organ and choir and New Horizons worship at 11:00 AM with a worship band, projected lyrics, images, and videos. Our summer services, at 10:00 AM only, are blended and vary week to week. A nursery is provided for 6 weeks to 3 years old during services. Sunday School is open to 3 years old to 7th grade.

What is the community like?
ALUCC is a mission minded church and a close community. Although based in Avon Lake, many members attend from Bay Village, Avon, Sheffield, North Ridgeville, Lorain, Westlake, North Olmsted and further beyond. Waypoint Youth Minisitries is a growing and vibrant part of the church. Over 100 kids participate in Junior and Senior High Youth Group.
