Assembly of God

I am very upset and I may not have specified the church I was talking about. The church is the Dorothy Assembly of God. Please - Please pray for us.

When Tim Pettry was the Pastor of the Dorothy Assembly of God I was a Deacon and to my knowledge since he resigned we have had 3 Preachers offer to help us but they were turned down because Kevin and Brenda Harris son is living in the parsonage. When I told them in March or April the parsonage should be used for the good of the Church they got defensive and mad at me. Later while praying the Lord told me to look at the Financial Statements and when I looked closely I noticed that 6 months out of the year rent for the parsonage was not listed and when I brought that to their attention they really got mad at me and that was the last time I saw another Financial Report. I got saved in that Church and was very active in the Youth program but because of the situation I resigned membership last Sunday. It breaks my heart to leave but if my Wife and l stayed it would mean we condone their actions and people have been talking about the situation and how wrong it is. If the situation improves I and my Wife would love to come back and help however we may and we can be reached at 304-854-2444. Please pray for us and our Church.
