    his is Pastor's Jim's fourth interim ministry call, and with additional experience in coaching, teaching, and promoting organizational intelligence. From the associate pastor role at All Saints, Pastor Jim will provide pastoral care, help teach youth classes, and bring a well-trained eye to our congregational self-study. Jim and his wife Cindy have three children - an adult son and two teenagers - and currently live in Stillwater, MN.

    Senior Pastor

    The Rev. Dr. Jules Erickson is Senior Pastor of All Saints Lutheran Church in Cottage Grove. Her idea of a healthy congregation is simple. When the leadership is healthy, happy, non-anxious, and well-balanced – like the Dog Whisperer, Caesar Milan recommends – then the congregation follows suit. Pastor Erickson is the Lead Sheep Dog. She has a registered Pet Partner Therapy Dog (Cooper) who is near retirement.
