About Us

Reflecting God

We belong to God, depend on the Word of God, and work for the Kingdom of God.

Our Services

Sunday
10:30am
Services are 90 minutes long. We offer kids' classes on every Sunday except for the first Sunday of the month- Family Sunday.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Services are casual and relaxed with the goal of honoring God, celebrating His work, and enjoying His presence with us. We preach expositional sermons, which means that the main point of the passage of Scripture that we are reading is the main point of the sermon we are preaching. We are a small, but diverse, family of believers made up of Hispanics, Caucasians, Asian-Americans, African-Americans, missionary-kids, and families with very little church background. We often pray together, take the Lord's Supper together, sing together, and serve together. Our one common bond is faith in the work of Jesus on our behalf.

What is the community like?
We are leasing a building located 3 blocks south of Historic Mansfield, in the midst of families with vast spiritual and physical needs. We spend our time walking the streets, meeting neighbors, praying for them, and assisting them in any way possible. From mentoring at-risk teenagers, to mowing lawns, to providing food and clothing, to helping them get their house up to code or even getting them Biblical counseling, our church is committed to caring for over 3,000 unreached neighbors within walking distance. Our experience and demographics inform us that we are in an area that is around 80% unchurched. We couldn't be more excited to be in the community we are in! Our church family is committed to honoring God, loving our neighbors, and impacting the world through the good news of Jesus Christ.

What if I'm not a Christian?
If you are not a Christian and want to know what the Bible says, then come to 412 Community Church. We are not interested in using the Bible to say what we want to say- we are only interested in hearing what God is saying through the Bible. We believe that all that is written in the Bible is not meant to make us "good people" - but rather it's meant to show us our need for Jesus. If you are not a Christian, we welcome you to come hang out with us and examine whether or not Jesus really makes a difference in our lives. We are not perfect. As a matter of fact, we are a gathering of hypocrites who know that we need Jesus to forgive us of our hypocrisy every day. We won't judge you. We'll love you because God has loved us.
