This is the community food pantry sponsored by the Food Bank of Delaware and distributed by the churches of Greenwood. We need volunteers for who can commit to help for all or part of the day. The volunteers are needed for: 1) Setup - canopies, directional cones, setting up of food distribution area 2) During the distribution: traffic direction, car registration, handing out food, 3) After food is received: prayer ministry, 4) Clean up: take down and clean up of the area It is important that you only volunteer when you can fulfil your yeas to help. The smooth flow of the day is dependent on the team being present and handling the jobs assigned. We also always need plastic or clean paper bags to put the food in.
