Frank Winans

Pastor Frank Winans grew up in Big Bear, California. He became a Christian at the age of 20, after searching for sometime as an atheist on a quest. He completed his Biblical training at Biola University, followed by seminary training at the Talbot School of Theology. Pastor Frank became the Youth Pastor at WCC in 1992, became Associate Pastor of the GenX service and congregation in 1996 and took over as Senior Pastor in 2007, Pastor Frank is also the Police Chaplain for the IPD and has taught as adjunct Professor at Biola Univeristy. Today Pastor Frank, the husband of Cinda and father of three, continues to serve both the church community and the city of Irvine as Pastor, teacher and Chaplain.
