The reason I hold the memory of Sandy Run Baptist near and dear is because, it's the very first church my dad pastored. From January 1974 to October 1975. My memories are vague because I was 6 when we moved there and 8 when we left. I remember some of the children and fewer adults. Now I'm a grandfather of 2 very young children. I hope to visit there again before I give up the ghost, lol.
