Staff & Leaders

  • Rebekah Sell
    Administrative Assistant

Becky grew up on a dairy farm just outside of Eureka, WI, the youngest of three kids. After watching her parents give their life to Christ when she was 12 years old and seeing the remarkable change in their relationship and lives, she knew without a doubt that God was real and the power of Christ can do the impossible. She graduated from Omro and went to UW-Oshkosh to get a degree in Graphic Communications. In college, she met Andy, and they dated for nearly three years before getting engaged to be married. They lived briefly in Colorado Springs before moving back to Wisconsin to start a direct-market farm on Becky’s family farm. Ten years later and a whirlwind of epic failures, incredible wins, job changes, start-up companies and some massive faith-growth, Becky and Andy now have four children, live in Berlin and just keep following God’s path, one step at a time. And now the latest, working for the church that they fell in love with in 2017, is a dream come true.

With their passion for serving, they have done countless area benefits and outreaches, and they enjoy mission work and have served in Mexico on mission trips since 2012. Debbie and Lynn are also licensed foster parents. Debbie loves to worship, sing, play guitar and ukulele. She has served on worship teams since 1984 and has been a worship leader in Wisconsin and in Mexico. Debbie has been in the Human Service field off and on since 1993 and her love for children has her over the top excited to have a church full of “little ones” to serve.

  • Justin Brown
    Youth Pastor

The oldest of 9 children in Southern California, Justin had to grow up fast and survive in a home that was full of drugs, alcohol, pornography and abuse. Due to this lifestyle that he was surrounded in, he was destined to a life of poverty. God had different plans however. At a young age he began going to church through a bus ministry that would pick up in his neighborhood and ultimately he was invited to visit a youth group a couple blocks from his house in 7th grade. It was at this place that God began to show him that he was loved and his life did matter. Justin forever had his life changed that year when he went from knowing about God to personally knowing God. Through the rest of his middle school years and into high school, God put a passion for youth ministry into his heart and Justin knew that was his calling and why he was here. He has been involved in ministry ever since and focused on youth. Justin has a heart to share the love of God, speak life into the youth, show them that they are valued, and help them make good choices. He emphasizes that you do not just have to be a statistic in this world. Justin met his wife Tiffany during a Wednesday night service at the same church he had been serving at, and they were married in 2004. They have 3 daughters: Chloee, Kendall, and Grace. Justin and his family are excited to see what God has in store for the youth of Berlin and to see how He moves.
