Pastors Eric and Holly Brewer

Pastor Eric Brewer Pastor Eric Brewer is the Senior Pastor at Rhema Worship Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. He started RWC along with his wife Holly Brewer as a result of the call of God on their lives in November of 2003 with five members and has touched the lives of thousands over the years since RWC’s inception. Prior to the planting of RWC, Pastor Brewer served as Staff Pastor of Church Life, Staff Pastor of Youth Development, and Director of the Family Life Center at The Cathedral International (formerly Second Baptist Church), located in Perth Amboy, NJ. In addition, he was the founder of The Cathedral Community After-School and Bible Club Programs that began in the spring of 1995, and The Cathedral Community Summer Program, also known as Nurture. This program attracted and served over 1,000 youths from the inner cities of Perth Amboy and Asbury Park. Simultaneously, he served as the Staff Pastor of Church Life at The Cathedral Assembly by the Shore, located in Asbury Park, NJ. Pastor Brewer's educational background consists of a Bachelors of Arts degree in Religion from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and an earned Masters of Divinity degree concentrating in Christian Education from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. He has started working on his Doctorate of Ministry at Drew Theological Seminary concentrating in Church Growth and Spiritual Renewal. Pastor Brewer enjoys working with people. He is a frequent speaker to various NFL teams including the NY Giants, New England Patriots, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was the Director of the G.E.D./E.S.L. program for Union County College, Plainfield Campus. He is a dynamic leader, public speaker, lecturer, teacher, preacher, and life coach that is committed to this generation fulfilling their God-given purpose! She is the devoted wife of Reverend Eric Brewer, Senior Pastor of Rhema Worship Center, located in Hackensack, NJ. Together, Reverend Eric and Holly Brewer have committed themselves to take God’s Word to a hurting generation. Their main purpose is to build people of Prayer, Praise, Purpose, Prosperity, and Power! God granted her favor in the business arena where she worked as a fashion buyer for Federated Department Stores and May Company. She successfully planned, forecasted, purchased, and managed ladies accessories yielding an annual sales volume over $150 million dollars. She has received several awards and recognition for her outstanding sales and performance. Pastor Holly approaches all of her assignments with integrity and commitment. Her love and passion for people allowed her to serve as a mentor in the Hackensack C.A.R.E.S. program. The program provided adult literacy offerings including GED and ESL, early childhood education, parenting education, special projects such as Reading is Fundamental and other family activities. Pastor Holly has a degree in Fashion Merchandising and is looking forward to pursuing a second degree in Theology in the near future. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, traveling and the theater. She humbly serves as her husband’s helpmate and continues to aim toward and produce excellence in her walk of leadership as she exemplifies the Kingdom of God.
