David Parker
Elder, Director of WorshipDavid is on staff as our Director of Worship and also serves as one of our elders. He gives oversight to the Gospel Community leaders, serving as a liaison for shepherding needs and equipping purposes. He and his wife Heidi live in Quarryville with their three children. David and Heidi both love cooking, teaching, singing loudly, playing music, and being nerdy about words.

Nick and Martha Frede
Director of Student MinistriesNicklas is a graduate of Cairn University with a degree both in Biblical Studies and Camping Ministries. During the summers and winters between semesters and then for the next 5 years, Nick worked a variety of jobs at many camps. At the last of these camps and through both their involvement at Oak Hill Fellowship, Nicklas met his wife Martha and now live together in the lower end with their two sons. Both Nick and Martha have a deep passion for mentoring youth, being their friend, and pointing them to Christ and enjoy their role in Student Ministry. Nicklas enjoys complicated board games, strong black coffee at all hours, downhill skiing, all things camping, and rooting for Shalke. Most of all, he loves seeing God’s work in the lives of youth as they grow in their faith in Christ as their savior.

Dennis Groff
ElderDennis and his wife Jody have been married since 1986 and have attended Oak Hill since the spring of 2021. They live in Strasburg on their generational poultry farm where they raised their 3 daughters and son. Their children are all married, local and have blessed them with 14 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and spending time at their beach house. Family gatherings are deeply cherished as they enjoy watching their children and grandchildren grow in their faith. Dennis and Jody will tell you they are best friends and are excited to see how the Lord will challenge and bless them in the coming years as they faithfully serve the Oak Hill family.

Laura Cheek
Ministries Assistant - StaffLaura is the Ministries Assistant at Oak Hill Fellowship. She is in charge of making sure the ins and outs of Oak Hill run smoothly, web and design, and assists on Sunday mornings so things run as effectively as possible. In the week to week, Laura is a wife, a mom, and likes connecting in the community through volunteering. Laura and her husband, John, were drawn to Oak Hill’s love for God’s truth and desire to worship Him in a bigger way, being called to go, teach, baptize, and disciple. Laura has said, "They aren’t our biological family but they are family in every way."

Keith Martin
ElderKeith and his wife Justina have been attending Oak Hill since it was planted in 2009. They quickly fell in love with the gospel centered focus in all areas of ministry at Oak Hill. They live in Strasburg with their three daughters. Keith loves being a dad of girls! He graduated with a B.S. from Lancaster Bible College in 2006. He works at a local construction company managing a team of installers and all things related to tile. Along with being an elder, Keith serves as a Gospel Community leader and in kids and youth ministry. He enjoys playing games (especially when winning against his wife in cribbage), spending time with his family while supporting the activities that his girls participate in: coaching, cheering them on, transporting them to dance, softball, marching band, etc. The Martins enjoy tent camping, playing games, listening to music, and one of Keith’s favorite things is to use his witty sense of humor!

Ben Miller
Lead PastorWhile Ben is the Lead Pastor at Oak Hill, he also serves as one of the elders. He is a "leader among equals," working together with the whole elder team to guide and shape the mission and direction of the church. Ben earned a bachelor's degree from Lancaster Bible College in December 2007 where he met his wife Katy. Ben and Katy currently live in Quarryville with their three sons. Ben enjoys teaching and learning, playing and writing music (especially with the guitar), hiking, playing disc golf, and drinking a good cup of coffee.
