Niki Tshibaka

Niki serves as the Senior Pastor of Mount Vernon Foursquare Fellowship in Alexandria, Virginia (just outside Washington, DC). He and his wife, Kelly, planted the church in 2006 to create an organic discipling community that would help people discover their God-given gifts, inspire them to engage in their God-ordained ministries, and challenge them not only to be disciples of Jesus but also to make disciples of Jesus. Niki is a graduate of Amherst College and Harvard Law School. After graduating from law school, he worked for a private law firm in Washington, D.C., and then served as a Senior Trial Attorney in the United States Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division. One year after he and his wife planted Mount Vernon Foursquare Fellowship, in obedience to a word from God, Niki left his legal career to become a full-time pastor.
