    Brad Andrews

    Brad serves the church as its primary preaching pastor, as well as pastor of theological and directional leadership and leadership development. He has been married to his wife Holly since 1999 and they have six children – Cooper, Margo, Sloan, Everett, Blythe, and Owen. He and his family moved to Tulsa to plant Mercyview in May 2010 from St. Louis, MO, where they served for three years in a church planting internship at The Journey. Brad is originally from southeast Missouri, is a 2000 graduate of Missouri Baptist University (B.A.), and is currently pursuing a M.Div. with Liberty Theological Seminary. He has served in local church ministry since 2003 and previous to that, spent time as a singer-songwriter based out of Nashville, TN. He has served as a religion columnist for the Urban Tulsa Weekly and one of the ten framers of The Missional Manifesto, alongside Tim Keller, Ed Stetzer, and Alan Hirsch. His favorite book of the Bible is Romans. His favorite books outside of the Bible are: Knowing God by J.I. Packer, Chosen By God by R.C. Sproul, You Can Change: God’s Transforming Power for Our Sinful Behavior and Negative Emotions by Tim Chester, Life Together by Deitrich Bonhoeffer, and The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
