Love Lady Christian Church

In 1959-60, I was their student minister, traveling 120 miles eac way every weekend from Lexington Theological Seminary. The Rev. Ralph Prather lived across the river and served with me five country churches. Marvin was ordained in a packed Monroe Christian Church. I would preach in three one Sunday and two the next. Ralph would do the same so that every Sunday, there was a church service every Sunday in all five churches. In the summer, I lived there in a trailor and visited the members homes during each week. Today, we are 82 and retired, living in Hollywood, Florida. The best memories we share were those with those five churches.
