  • Lisa Ledeboer

    Lisa Ledeboer
    Ministries Coordinator

    Lisa has 20+ years of experience in early childhood/elementary education and ministry. She began her career teaching pre-school and kindergarten before becoming a stay at home mom. Upon re-entering the work force, Lisa worked in an inclusive ed. program before going back to full time teaching. She taught first and second grades for 12 years. Lisa has been part of the ministry at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds, serving in various capacities, for the past 19 years and partnered with her husband, Randy, in planting inSpirit church. As Ministries Coordinator, Lisa oversees the children’s ministries from nursery through 5th grade, as well as, walks alongside the Student and Adult ministry directors. Lisa also coordinates the GO (service) ministry at inSpirit. She is passionate about partnering with parents and pouring into the lives of children, students, and adults; working together on the one thing that truly matters, a relationship with God and the desire to serve Him in all aspects of life.

    Amy VanderLaan
    Student Ministries

    Amy has been married to her husband Dave since 2003, and they have 2 wonderful children. Amy has been working with the youth at inSpirit since 2013 and has such a passion for connecting them with their faith. Amy teaches the youth to walk out in their faith, make it their own, and disciple to those around them. Some of Amy's hobbies include playing games/sports, sewing & crafting, hanging out with the teens, going to the beach, playing catch with her kids in the backyard, and reading. She loves Dove dark chocolate. She loves all kinds of music and even plays a few instruments herself.

    Life Group Coordinator

    Kara grew up in Byron Center, has been married to her husband Chris for 9 years, and has 2 beautiful daughters. She is just getting back into the workforce after staying home to take care of her daughters; one with special needs. Kara has a great love for God and people, and feels “God is constantly keeping me on my toes and reminding me that it is His plans not mine.”

  • Randy Ledeboer

    Randy Ledeboer
    Head Pastor

    Pastor Randy is a native of Sheboygan WI and currently lives in the Cutlerville/Byron Center area. Randy and his wife Lisa have three grown children. Randy is a second career pastor who entered ministry after spending 25 years in the food industry. His areas of experience include sales and marketing, distribution, training, and project management. Randy’s ministry experience includes serving a non-profit ministry during seminary. After graduation, Randy served a traditional congregation before planting inSpirit Church. Randy has a passion for the local church, in the community, and it's impact on the world. In his spare time, Randy loves to spend time with his wife and family camping, traveling, and working outdoors.
