• Don Covington

    Rev. Don Covington was originally an educator and served as an educational missionary in Kabul, Afghanistan in 1974-1975. He was also in Guam from 1967-1972 and with the Bureau of Indian Affairs as an elementary principal on the Hop Reservation and as a high school principal on the Papago Reservation. He has also served and continues to serve as a hospital chaplain and law enforcement chaplain. He is married and he and his wife Cathy have 5 children and 12 grandchildren. He is the author of three books, the latest being his autobiography. It is entitled "The Pistol Packing Preacher" and was published by Xlibris Publishers in April 2009.
