David Collette
Associate PastorDavid Collette has a diverse life experience. He has been an Airborne Infantry Rifleman in the army, a landscaper, a Director of Youth and Music Ministries for eight years, Pastor to Youth and Students for four years, and Senior Pastor simultaneously of two churches in rural Mississippi for two years. In addition, David is a godly man, a committed husband, and father of four. David received an Honorable Discharge and the Good Conduct Medal from the Army. He graduated with honors from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Tennessee Temple University, and Asbury Theological Seminary. As well, he earned a Master of Divinity Degree, plus PhD work on Bible Exposition. So, he is honorable as well as smart. His popular spiritual presence on social media verifies he is a deeply prayerful man who can make Christianity practical and relevant. Rev. David moved with his family to Bend, Oregon in October of 2021 and became Deacon David, beginning the year-long process to transition from Deacon to Priest. Father David Collette was ordained as a Priest in the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches on Friday, October 28, 2022 in Bend, Oregon.

James Radloff
Senior PastorBishop Jim was born and raised in the greater Chicago, Illinois area and completed his religious studies at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in the Diocese of Baker by Bishop Thomas Connolly in 1993. From 1993 to 2013, as Father Jim, he served as the pastor of several parishes in Central Oregon and as the Director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Baker. In 2014, he resigned as a priest of the Roman Catholic Church and was instrumental in forming Holy Communion Evangelical Catholic Church here in Bend, Oregon. On November 12, 2021 Father Jim Radloff was consecrated as Bishop Jim Radloff at Holy Communion Church in Bend, Oregon by Bishop Louis Serra of Evangelical Catholic Church.
