An ordained pastor from Manila, Philippines for more that 20 years now. Have been assigned to various churches and served as District Superintendent of The United Methodist Church district in Manila for seven years. Have been appointed to serve as Senior Pastor of Guam United Methodist Church (GUMC) since 2011 by the California Pacific Annual Conference bishop, of which GUMC is administratively and ecclesiastically connected as part of the United Methodist denomination.
