The objective is to use our time, treasure and talents – to show love, meet needs and make disciples – with the goal of glorifying God, furthering the Kingdom and improving the lives of those around us. We believe that the Bible is the infallible, divinely inspired Word of God written by mortal men who were carried along by the Holy Spirit of the One True Living God. We believe in the Threeness of God – God the Father, God the Son who is Jesus Christ, and God’s Holy Spirit – existing independently of each other, yet in totality as one God. We believe that salvation is granted by grace, through faith in the sanctifying work of Jesus Christ on the cross and is completely independent of any action of man. We believe that baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper are ordinances that Christ expects to be carried out by His church until His return – having no bearing on salvation but demonstrating obedience to Jesus as LORD.
