Richard Hays

The congregation called Pastor Rick to serve them in October 1987. Prior to Waverly, he served 11 years at the Rockford, Ohio, Presbyterian Church. He has a gift for crafting Sunday worship services around the scriptures for the day. His sermons are intelligent yet folksy, thoughtful and relevant. Since January 2012, Pastor Rick serves the congregation half-time and serves half-time as Stated Clerk and Treasurer of the regional church council, the Presbytery of Scioto Valley.
