Chris Rottenberger

Senior Pastor and Worship Leader Pastor Chris Rottenberger accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in 1971. He graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and also from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX, in 1981. Pastor Chris received a MRE degree, concentrating on Theology, Church Music, and Religious Education. Pastor Chris has been in the ministry since 1976 and has served churches in Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and the Cayman Islands. Pastor Chris and his wife, Sherry Dale, have been at First Baptist since June 22, 2003. They were married in August 1974. The Rottenberger's have two grown children: Dorinda and Reuben, and two grandchildren, Evan and Hannah Grace.
