  • Mark Chaffee
    Executive Director & Worship Ministries

    Mark joined the FOF team in 2012 to oversee and direct the live production and execution of worship and events. His desire is to glorify God by helping people He loves so dearly live the words of John 4:23, "Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks." In his former life Mark was a programmer for Motorola and co-founded ePublishing.com, after which he went into full-time ministry, serving as Worship Director for The Chapel in Grayslake. Mark is an avid reader and web applications developer, enjoys writing and music, digs on sushi and fire, and is prone to stop at historical landmarks on roadtrips. It is not uncommon to find him dancing with his wife and three children late at night on the kitchen counter.

  • Jason Weber
    Pastor of Youth Ministry

    Jason directs the student minstry endeavors for students 6th - 12th grade. Jason was born in New York and raised in Hong Kong, after which he returned Stateside to pursue a degree in Computer Science from Valparaiso University. While working in the McHenry area, he completed a masters in Computer Information Systems, but came to a point where he could no longer ignore God's beckoning to a new calling. In 2007 he came on staff at FOF doing freelance missions. He has since served all around the world. Jason was accepted into the Specific Ministry Pastor Program at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis and is now serving FOF as a pastor leading FoF's student minitry efforts. He enjoys cooking, reading, movies, and riding his bicycle. He has attended Fellowship of Faith nearly since its beginning!

  • Becky Williams
    Children's Ministry Director

    Becky directs The Rock Children's Ministry for toddlers through 5th grade. Becky started as a ministry volunteer, and showed such a heart and commitment for helping kids meet Jesus as kids that she eventually was hired to direct the entire ministry. In the process she birthed The Rock, the children's ministry at FOF today. Becky has a creative flair and a heart for kids. In her former life she managed a catering and party planning firm in the Chicagoland area. Becky is a McHenry native. She and her husband Shane have been with Fellowship of Faith since its beginning. They have two kids.

  • Dave Gaddini
    Senior Pastor

    Dave is responsible for charting the course of Fellowship of Faith and leading it in accomplishing its mission. Along with the elders he oversees the spiritual health of the church, and the day-to-day operations of the staff. Dave is a Chicago native, and his wife, Tina, is from Indiana. They met at Valparaiso University, where Dave earned a degree in History. He later graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis and Trinity in Deerfield, IL. Dave's heart is for people who are spiritually hungry yet disillusioned with church. He thinks he has a sense of humor (yeah, but it's weird), and loves nothing more than helping people get lost in the Biblical text. He likes to work out, read, dead languages, and rock climbing. Dave and Tina have been at Fellowship of Faith since 2003. They have three kids.
