Pastor Quintero was born in Colombia. SA to Rev Gonzalo and Lilia Quintero founders of Emmanuel Charismatic Church. He has ministered to many countries in Latin America as guest speaker and local churches as well. His passion is to see several families and individuals saved, worshiping and serving the Lord. The church he pastors is a dynamic multicultural and multigenerational church in Long Island City, NY.
