Senior Pastor

Carlos Flores is the Senior Pastor of East River Fellowship. He and his wife, Pam, have been married 35 exciting years and they have 3 adult children and 3 precious grandchildren! In December 2001 the vision of an authentic move of God was birthed. In March 2002, they, along with several other couples, opened the doors of East River Fellowship. Our doors are now open to over a thousand strong among the 3 weekend services in Hillsboro, our sister church-Riverside Community in Rainier, OR an hour west of Hillsboro, and 5 churches and counting throughout the nation of Haiti! Pastor Carlos became a follower of Christ in high school. Throughout the years, his ministry assignments have been diverse, encompassing lay and formal ministry, both within and outside the church. He worked as a probation officer for 24 plus years and entered full-time pastoral ministry in 1999.
