    Paul Cooke

    After playing college and professional golf, Paul has been involved in full-time ministry for more than 23 years. He graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi with a Masters of Divinity in 1988. He served as a pastor in the PCA for over 7 years. In 1995 he left the PCA and moved his family to Orlando to become a lay member at Metro Life Church. After attending Metro for five-and-a-half years, in 2000 the leadership team asked Paul to relocate his family to Gaithersburg, Maryland to attend the a Pastor's College (an intensive year of theological and ministry training). Upon graduating, Paul was asked to relocate to Athens, Georgia to lead the Crossway church plant. Paul and his wife, Darby, have five children, Christopher, Courtney, Caleb, Noah, and Emma.
