Tristin Shambach
Worship leaderOur Worship Leader, Tristin Schambach, has always had a desire to be involved in ministry and in the church. Growing up in a pastor’s family, she has been involved in church since she was a child. Her family being very musical, Tristin started singing when she could talk and began taking piano lessons when she was five. She was involved in children’s choirs and plays through grade school. Tristin began leading worship at the age of 12 in children’s church. It was at that time that she felt a call on her life to lead worship not only through music but also through her walk with the Lord. She led worship throughout middle school and high school, from her youth group of 50 to Sunday services with 500 people. Tristin went to Evangel University to pursue a degree in music with an emphasis on music industry and worship, and a Bible minor. She became involved at Evangel by leading worship in chapels and campus events, along with singing with Evangel’s ministry choir and opera programs.

Neil Olcott
Lead PastorPastor Neil Olcott, after becoming a Christ-follower, began his ministry career by serving as a youth pastor for eight years. He saw God do amazing things in the life of the young people God had entrusted to his care. The youth group doubled and then tripled in size, and Pastor Neil sensed God’s anointing and blessing on his life to be a pastor. Many years of being both a pastor and a student followed as Pastor Neil worked for and received his Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies, his Masters of Divinity degree and finally a Doctorate in Preaching from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, all while simultaneously serving in the local church in roles from custodian to Senior Pastor. Equipped with years of education and experience, Pastor Neil has been involved in ministry for nearly 30 years. These years have groomed him and formed him into the pastor he is today. Having experienced the church of today and after seeing the good, the bad, and the ugly, God led Pastor Neil to plant a new church.
