Les Bagley

Les does not lead our congregation; all of the men do. However, he does hold the most public position. Les taught at a Christian High School in New Zealand for eleven years. He has been with our congregation since 2009. He knows the original languages of the Bible, both Hebrew and Greek. Yet, his sermons and Bible studies are down to earth and easy to understand. He does not want to be called "Reverend" for this word was used in connection with a verb only one place in the Bible, for Almighty God. Never was it used for humans. He prefers just to be called Les with no title. Lou, his wife, is an accomplished musician, having conducted a symphonic orchestra in New Zealand. She presently gives music lessons.
