Worship LeaderI grew up as an El Paso Natural Gas camp brat in Thoreau New Mexico. I asked Jesus into my heart when I was 9 years old. We moved to Colorado City when I was 10. I joined Calvary as a youth when I was 12. I enjoyed they youth group and singing in the choir. I taught Mission Friends when I was 15. I discovered that I enjoyed kids! I married Tim not too much later, eventually had two daughters and loved being a stay at home mom. When our Wednesday night children's minister moved I stepped in and lead that program for many years. I began to teach Mother's Day Out at First Baptist Church and taught Pre-k there for 30 years! When our music leader moved I stepped in and have been leading worship for 12 years (and counting). It is a privilege to be able to lead our congregation to the cross each week.
