Pastor Billy Calderwood

Pastor Billy was born in San Luis Obispo California and grew up in the bustling metropolis of Shandon, population 400. On a mission trip to Eastern Europe in 1992, he fully embraced the call to ministry on his life and began working in youth ministry and leading worship while running a small roofing company. He married his lovely wife, Kristin, in Santa Maria California and soon after took an assistant pastor position at the Santa Barbara Foursquare Church. While living in Santa Barbara, they were blessed with three amazing kids. In 2002, Billy and Kristin became the lead pastors of the newly planted Goleta Foursquare Church and served there until 2010. In 2010, Billy and Kristin were appointed as the Lead Pastors at MCC. Billy has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and is working on a Masters Degree at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena. Billy loves coffee, hot salsa (the edible kind, he's not a strong dancer) Pixar movies, Disneyland, and using power tools.
