    Reverend Pearl is an Itinerant Elder in the AME Church and serves as an Associate Minister, the Advisor to Women and a teacher at Bethel Madison. Rev. Pearl earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Caldwell University and a Master’s of Divinity from Drew University and will confer a Master of School Counseling Degree from Seton Hall University. Rev. Pearl preaches and teaches the liberating gospel of Jesus Christ and is a proclaimed Black Liberation Theologian. “The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” ~Psalm 27:1

  • Pastor Vanessa L. Perry

    Pastor Perry is the Senior Pastor of Bethel AME Church Madison! She received her B.A. in Human Resource Management from Upsala College and her Master’s of Divinity Degree from New Brunswick Theological Seminary. Called to serve God’s people in this present age, Pastor Perry is a servant leader who is filled with The Holy Spirit and fire baptized! Pastor spreads the liberating Gospel of Jesus Christ to all who have an ear to hear! “ One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.” ~Psalm 27:4
