Welcome to Ascension Lutheran Church! I am Vicar Justin and I am honored to serve the people of Ascension in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I am originally from Roswell, Georgia and I am in the Evangelical Lutheran Church’s process for ordination for word and sacrament. I attended seminary at United Lutheran Seminary in Philadelphia where I met my wife Sarah. I have served churches in South Carolina, Philadelphia, and New York. Before seminary, I served several nonprofits in Mexico City (hablo español). I have a passion for building up the body of Christ in this world and journeying through life with the people of God.
