The outgong pastor was great but she left. The new pastor, Tory, did not call himself "interim pastor", instead saying "temporary". When I asked introduced myself and welcomed him, he looked at the floor and muttered. On other occasions when I tried to engage him in conversation, he rebuffed me. Later, when it came out that I was struggling spiritually, he continued merely looking at the floor and muttering when i spoke to him.

The outgoing pastor was great but she's gone. --- After I realized that I had experience a profound spiritual injury, I requested pastoral support. The two deacons did not understand how to support someone without trying to "fix" their problem and, in general, focused on suppressing negative emotions rather than coping with them. When I tried to explain the difference, they became defensive and pointed to their qualifications. Then when I reported my trouble to the deacons and the new pastor, I was met with silence and, eventually, ostracism. I believe this church is only suitable for people who are "happy" and don't need genuine spiritual support.
