LeoAt 17 (in 1962) I was looking for a church that was based on the scripture and not man’s interpretation. After read about different religions and denominations I found that the Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod) was my choice. Luck came my way when a young lady came to the teen club I attend. Short story; I started walking her to near her house. After a couple weeks she said her parents would like to meet me. When I met them her father introduced himself as Henry GM Wolter, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. From the first day I went to Zion an was greeted by the members and Christ with His hands stretched out I knew I had found what I was looking for. I have been a member to this day some 61 years later. Our congestion is small now but at Zion you can feel their and His LOVE
