What to Expect
What are services like?
In worship the Triune God meets with His people in Word and Sacrament. In the presence of God we stand on holy ground. We adhere to the Reformed tradition in recognizing that He alone defines how we are to approach Him. He desires that our worship at Tates Creek be characterized by reverence in response to His holiness, joy in response to His redemption, thanksgiving in response to His grace, and eager inquiry and acquiescence in response to His Word. Worship is led by our ministers, choir, and other musicians, using liturgy that involves and encourages participation by congregants.
