What to Expect

What are services like?
Our 8 AM service of the Holy Eucharist is about 45 minutes long and takes place in the Chapel. It is a quiet service attended by about 15 to 20 people. There is no musuic but people sometimes sing a cappella. There is a sermon. Our 10:30 AM service is the main Sunday celebration and includes a vested choir that leads hymns and offers anthems accompanied by our excellent organ. A sermon is usually preached and members of the congregation take part in leading the celebration, which is always a Mass/Holy Eucharist. This is a joyful celebration that incorporates aspects of our rich Anglican heritage and blends newer contemporary elements. This celebration is usually about 90 minutes long.

What is the community like?
Our congregatoion is an older one but is beginnihjng to grow with new and younger members from a variety of backgrounds. Our diversity includes many from the Caribbean, Guyana and countries in Africa. We are especially interested in welcoming young familes with children and are beginning some new programs to serve them.
