What to Expect

What are services like?
Services are a mixture of modern and traditional worship music. We value prayer and spend time in every service praying together. We preach and teach the Scriptures and honor them as the inerrant and infallible Word of God. Our focus is on Jesus, and Him crucified, resurrected, and coming again.

What is the community like?
Healy is a wonderful small town in rural Alaska. Eleven miles north of Denali National Park, Healy serves as a gateway to the park and as a wonderful home away from home for many who travel to Alaska to visit the park and the surrounding area.

What if I'm not a Christian?
All are welcome to join us at Morning Star. You will find a warm and friendly group of people who will make you feel at home. We love questions and those who ask them.
