What to Expect
First visits to church can be awkward, especially your first time at any church. We wondered, "What do churches think about visitors who are exploring the faith?"
We collected responses from 5,800 churches across the United States.
What if I'm not a Christian?
- Anyone is welcome to our services, with the understanding that our congregation practices closed communion. Visitors are encouraged to contact our pastor if more information regarding our practices and beliefs is desired.
- We offer you to worship with us, but you may also want to take the opportunity to participate in our adult information classes, which are led by our pastoral staff. These sessions walk you through the Biblical basis for our beliefs. Participants are encouraged to ask questions in this confidential environment.
- Come and learn more about the community of Jesus Christ and who God reveals Himself to be as well as what He reveals about each of us. Understand that Christianity is not some new invention or that there is no historical truth to base its doctrine, but that Christianity is founded on the eternal word of God (Holy Bible) and is vital to healthy living and relationships with other people and with God.
- Trinity is a great place to learn and grow and experience faith as an important component in a family's life.

- You are welcome to come check it out. There is no secret code to get in. There is no need to be anything other than you. We are all sinners saved by grace, the only difference is we have discovered truth in a relationship with Christ (Christian) and you are still searching. We were all searchers too, and now we are on a journey to follow the truth of God's Word
- We welcome people who are searching for spiritual answers and meaning. We know we are not the only people in the world who are about the task of getting our spiritual lives in order.
- We welcome people of all faiths to experience the joy of Jesus Christ at our divine service, however only those baptized Christians who repent before Christ are invited to receive Holy Communion. Please refer to the Holy Communion page on our website or speak with Pastor before the service for more information.
- Everyone is welcomed on an equal basis.
- Join us for a time of exploring who God says He is. We will be happy to help you get to know God in a personal way.
- Come and give us a try! Others who have been burnt elsewhere have come to find healing and their faith over time. We have several frequent attenders who are not yet full members, but with ongoing discipleship, they will be in time.

- We use the term pre-christian to those who have not given their lives to Christ, and we believe that God has called us to be on Mission in obeying Christ commission-"Making Christ-like Disciples
- You will find a place where you can learn about what the Bible says, who Christ is, and also see Christianity lived out.
- Non-Christians are very welcome. There is no pressure to become a Christian although the invitation will be extended on a regular basis. Church attenders to the Christian Ed hour are being trained right now to disciple new Christians using a little book called Following Christ. This book takes pre-believers and new believers through an explanation of getting started in Christian faith.
- You are welcome to come and learn more about our community and church. Staff welcome one-on-one conversations and questions about Christianity and Lutheranism. Please feel free to contact our church office to arrange a time to meet.
- We desire to show compassion and truth to the world. As a church, we believe every person has the unique opportunity to make a difference for Jesus Christ in their workplaces, neighborhoods and family environments. We encourage people to develop relationships with people of all walks of life, showing love and grace, rather than pulling away from the world. We intentionally teach compassion rather than judgment towards the world, desiring to be a light to our communities.

There is no other great starting place to begin your journey on how to become a Christian than in church. We are a bunch of crazy people looking for a way to find God, and we welcome you to find Him together with us.

- The gospel is a term used throughout the New Testament that translated literally means "good news". We believe that the gospel really is good news for everyone that puts their faith in Christ. It both saves us and teaches us how to live. The gospel is not merely for the day we are saved and/or the day we stand before God, but for everyday in between too. The gospel progressively transforms us as we continue to walk in light of this good news. Whether you are a Christian or not, we believe that this message of good news compels us to respond to Christ in faith and worship - for the first time or the thousandth!

- As Episcopalians, we are followers of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and we believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Both men and women, including those who are married, are eligible for ordination as deacons, priests and bishops. We believe in amendment of life, the forgiveness of sin and life everlasting. Those seeking answers to the mysteries of faith, belief, God and the purpose of life are welcome to attend service -- quietly or actively.
