Bea and Pastor Ken Barkley
Ken served in the Navy as an air traffic controller at the Willow Grove Joint Reserve Base from 1973 - 1975. After a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ in 1974 he began to attend Willow Grove Bible Church and experienced a call to ministry. Ken completed training at Columbia International University and has served churches in Maryland and western Pennsylvania. Returning to Willow Grove Bible Church, this time as Pastor, Ken received a Master’s Degree at Biblical Theological Seminary, Hatfield, PA. Ken and Bea [raised in Willow Grove] have five children and five grandchildren. Ken says, “Our church is a small and friendly group of accepting people from diverse backgrounds. We believe that Jesus is the foundation upon which you can build your life.” You are welcome here regardless of your past religious affiliations or experience.
