My material grandfather was Methodist Minister Walter Lipps and he was pastor in a small Methodist church just north of Richmond. I have spoken with my sister and brother and we think it was in Webster. Unfortunately our parents have passed away so we cannot ask them.
Would have a record of ministers at that church? Reverend Lipps would have been pastor in the mid- to late 60s. And maybe the early 70s. He was not there long.
