  • This church is better off without John Martelli. He was so cruel to me when I was a battered woman; told me that I was a prostitute. He said bad things an about young girl in trouble, and humiliated her in front of the congregation. Never gave any counsel. Never offered to pray or say anything but how bad and evil people are. Never discussed Jesus or the atonement, or faith or redemption or charity, the pure love of Christ.
