    Pastor Petr was born in Ukraine, on the shores of Dunai River, in a small town of Reni where there are about 30,000 people. He was 7th out of 13 children. At the age of 17, he organized a group of teenager with whom they put on plays, lead Bible studies and later took an open stage for evangelism in the dear city and region. The greatest memories from his younger years are the evangelical services in stadiums, in prisons and mission trips in which he was actively involved. In June 1989, he married a young girl, Yelena Molchanova from Odessa. In 1990, he was ordained as a deacon in a local church. In 1993, he moved to a city with 1.5 million people, where within a month, a new church was planted, “Voice of Truth”. In November of that year, he was ordained as a pastor of this already fast growing church. From 1995 to the year 2000, he was the pastor assistant to the bishop of Odessa Region. In the year 2000, he immigrated with his family to the States. From August 2009, he is the Pastor of a new church, “Voice of Revival” in Kent, WA. His wife Yelena and daughters Edita, Ilona and Renata are also active in the church. He has a diploma from the Chicago Bible College which he earned studying from 1993- 1998.
