Valley Bible Chapel

About Us

A contemporary, Bible-teaching, friendly, Christian church.

Our purpose is to promote a desire for faithfulness, a heart for worship, a passion for service, and a resolve to proclaim Christ.

We have no denominational affiliation and hold strongly to the historic fundamentals of Evangelical Christianity. We are in the community to help meet the spiritual needs of individuals and families from the community. In addition to our Sunday services, our Awana Club, Youth Group and Bible Studies currently serve many families from other churches as well as families who have no home church or religious affiliation. We invite anyone who is interested to join us for any or all of our available ministries.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Our services emphasize Bible teaching, fellowship, and the joy of being together with other believers in Jesus Christ. We seek to honor Jesus Christ above all else and above everyone else. We proclaim that eternal salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Dress is not emphasized and while most people come dressed casual, some "dress up" while others come in jeans / shorts.

What is the community like?
Our church community reflects our town ... middle class, suburban, and multi-generational. We have infants through great grandparents in attendance and while the age group trends toward people in their 20's - 40's, each group is well represented. Many of our community are employed as professionals, many are non-professionals, and, like our region in general, there are some underemployed, unemployed and looking for work. We are a friendly church with great interactions and fellowship between generations. We love being together and value each other highly. We do not preach politics, promote candidates for political office, or lay any political expectations on the congregation.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Nonbelievers typically find a warm welcome and, if continuing in attendance, establish warm and healthy relationships with church members. They will hear the Word of God taught regularly and hear the offer of salvation through faith alone in Christ alone given regularly, but friendship is never withheld from those who choose not to believe the gospel.
