Foch Fuller

Our Pastor is a graduate of Life Pacific College in Los Angeles with a degree on Pastoral Studies and Youth Ministry. As a youth pastor he served in Granada Hills and in Eureka, CA. He then served as the District Youth Director in Modesto, Ca for 5 years. He and his wife, Debbie, have been senior pastors at NorthBay in Vallejo since 1989. They have 3 married sons and 4 grandchildren.
