There are so many reasons why I love my church: The United Community Baptist Church is my Home Church which my father, the Late Reverend Connie Mobley organized April, 1971. It is the place where I accepted Christ as my personal Savior, November 4, 1976; I acknowledged my calling to the Gospel Ministry, December 1980; Ordained as a Baptist Minister, February 1984; returned home October 1997 as Co-Pastor; Installed as Pastor, April 2002.
As a Church Family we are striving in partnership to live out our name not only in word but in deed - A Church United in the Community; United with the Community; United for the Community.
As a newcomer you can expect a down-home, southern flavor in our welcome and celebration of worship in the music ministry and the teaching and preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I am an Expository and Hermeneutics Teacher/Preacher; a down to earth loving and present Pastor who loves God's people, and, always available for the lost to show them the way to Eternal Life.
