At The Flipside, we have 4 core values which we use as a context for helping those in our community to grow in their faith. Through the process of Inner Transformation, you develop your personal relationship with God. It is our hope that through that process of developing intimacy with Him, you would grow to embrace a life of Embodied Apologetics, living out your faith in every context you find yourself in with integrity.

From there, we get to Radical Inclusivity. That’s where our “come as you are” culture really kicks in. No matter where you are in life, we believe that a path of following Jesus Christ means that you help and love others along the way. And since we know nobody is perfect, why not love the people around us, no matter what imperfections they might have? One way to do that is through Relevant Servanthood. Here you will find opportunities to serve those in your sphere of influence, those in your church community, and others around the world with courage.

At The Flipside, our commitment is to cultivate disciples. The process of life-change, or as we describe it, being turned upside-down, doesn’t just happen at the moment of conversion. What to Expect

What are services like?
Well, you might have to decide for yourself. Our worship music is modern, sometimes we’ll change things up a little with a drama or a special video, and we’ve been known to have a surprise or two up our sleeve. Overall, the environment is casual, but most importantly one that is welcoming. We currently gather at 9:15 and 11:00AM. The Flipside meets in a converted warehouse that is as warm and inviting as the community that meets there. There are no distinctions in the worship time and message at the two gatherings. However, various worship teams have been known to lead on any given Sunday. We are blessed with many talented artists and musicians. The lighting in the sanctuary during this time is ambient and allows for the people to focus on their personal time with God. The cross is placed in multiple locations within the sanctuary and communion is often made available throughout the sanctuary as well. The message follows the New International Version (NIV) translation of Scripture and if you do not happen to own a Bible, we will make one available for you to keep. The message is usually multi-sensory, making use of power point and other visual aids and allows for various ways to engage with the teaching. A Teaching Resource Team (TRT) will create questions that follow the message for more in-depth discussions and application during our mid-week Growth Groups.

What is the community like?
The community at The Flipside is made up of people just like you. We are all sinners saved by God's grace, and as a result believe that Radical Inclusivity calls us to love and accept everyone as they are. We have a large mix of ages, from infants to empty-nesters, lots of young families, high school and college age, and everything in between. We are a community of people that loves and supports one another and we hope you will find a home at The Flipside.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We welcome everyone to come check out The Flipside! We would be happy to answer any questions you might have or help you get connected with a growth group where you can meet people with similar interests and questions. Our prayer is that our community would be a welcoming one to everyone and that through your experience with The Flipside, your world will be turned upside down for Jesus Christ.

The Flipside is such an incredible community! I am always amazing at how accepting, caring and generous this church family is, both to one another and to other social causes. The music is fantastic and the atmosphere is casual yet inviting. You can grab a cup of coffee and a pastry before the service and drop your kids off at the children's worship center, then sit down in the sanctuary and enjoy the awesome music and powerful messages. You will feel at home and welcomed at The Flipside!
