About Us

Worship, prayer, and service in an inclusive community.

St. Timothy's is a community where people expect to be changed for the better. We find strength in God’s invitation to each one of us to be blessed and to strive to bless others. That doesn’t mean we agree on everything or that we pretend to have all the answers. It simply means our lives are more full when we worship, learn, play and serve together. To find your own blessing come join us.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Episcopal worship is based on the Book of Common Prayer. At St. Timothy's, we do everything we can to help newcomers find their way into Episcopal liturgy and worship as quickly as possible. The service begins with the gathering of the people and a procession of the worship leaders, continues with the Liturgy of the Word which includes Scripture readings and a sermon, and concludes with the Great Thanksgiving and Holy Eucharist.

What is the community like?
We are a pretty casual community - some people come in jeans and sandals. We are friendly and consider ourselves a family. We have about 130 people on any given Sunday, so finding your way around should never be too hard. Any one of us will always be glad to answer any questions you may have, so come on down and join us! It is the best way to try on the Episcopal Church!

What if I'm not a Christian?
Whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey of faith, you are welcome to join us at Christ's table!
