Lisa Hunt

I am the rector of St. Stephen’s which means that I am the head pastor. I am responsible for overseeing the spiritual life of our community-I preach, teach, provide spiritual counsel, and supervises our ministries and staff. I serve as president of the St. Stephen’s Episcopal School Houston Board of Trustees and am a member of the St. Stephen’s Endowment Board. I come to St. Stephen’s from Nashville, Tennessee where I was the rector of St. Ann’s. I also served as an elected member of the Nashville School Board. I am married to Bruce Farrar and together we have two children Max and Rose, who are away at college. Annie, my grown stepdaughter, lives in Baltimore. I love to cook, read and talk politics. I hope to meet you in person.
