Steven Simpson

Pastor Steven grew up in Upstate New York and studied at Colgate University (BA 1985), Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv 1990), and Winebrenner Theological Seminary (DMin 2014 pending). Since his ordination in the United Church of Christ in 1990, he served churches in California, Hawaii, New York, and Ohio before moving to Pennsylvania in 2009 to serve at St. Paul's. He is married to Shannon, his life dance partner and enjoys photography, gardening, and playing banjo and mandolin in a local Bluegrass band. He is passionate about worship, preaching, Christian Education, and helping people discover and exercise their unique God-given gifts for ministry.
